For Every Photoshoot, We Plant a Tree (Together!)
I’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to plant a tree with every purchased photoshoot. Every wedding, every engagement, every band promotional shot - part of the payment goes towards planting trees. In 2019, One Tree Planted put 4,000,000 new trees in the ground.
Trees clean our air and water, create habitats for biodiversity, contribute to the overall health of the planet and its inhabitants, and most importantly - keep the planet alive.
It’s a simple program, you hire me, we plant a tree — together!
Wedding Photography Discount for Families with Low Income
There are enough things to worry about in the world than to worry about how expensive wedding photographers can be.
I’m a big champion for wealth equality & worker’s rights, and decided one of the things I can do to put my money where my mouth is is to implement a wedding photography discount for low income families.
If you and your partner made less than $50,000* last year, I will reduce the service price of any of my wedding & engagement packages by 50%** (not including travel costs). I also have financing available (through Square, pending credit check) to help break up the expenses of a wedding photographer.
Wedding Photography for Families Living With Disabilities
Living with a disability in America can be incredibly costly, often keeping certain luxuries out of reach. I know many people with disabilities that spend upwards of 50% of their income on medical expenses, transportation, and other necessities.
You deserve to remember your big day.
If you, your partner, or either of your children are currently on disability or living with a permanent disability*, I will reduce the price of any of my engagement and wedding photography packages by 50%**.
Vegan Wedding Discounts
I’ve been vegan for over a year, and I’m a big vocal advocate for going vegan. I’m not quite throwing-fake-blood-on-people-who-wear-fur-coats vocal, but I like to promote it when I can. Being a wedding photographer, what better way than to promote vegan weddings.
If you are providing food at your wedding reception, and the menu is 75% vegan or more, I will take 50% off of your wedding photography package.**
Eating vegan can reduce your carbon footprint by nearly 84%, according to this 2018 study. It’s also good for the animals. Vegan catering can often be more expensive, so to help you with your decision, I figured I can reduce the cost of your wedding photography package and help you and your wedding attendees continue to help the environment.
Wedding Photography & Family Photo Discounts for Families With Adopted Children
There are currently over 100,000 children in foster care who need to be adopted. These kids spend, on average, 3.3 years in foster care before finding a home.
To celebrate the beautiful thing you’ve done for a child in need of a loving family, I’ve decided that I would give any family a 50% discount** to any wedding photography, maternity photoshoot, or family photoshoot if you and your partner have adopted a child*.
These kids deserve loving families, and the world ought to be more supportive of families that decide to adopt a child.
Parental Photoshoot Discount for Single Parents
Being a single parent is hard. Sometimes, luxuries like photoshoots with your unborn or young child may seem inaccessible. I want to do away with that. Everyone deserves to have family photography, no matter what that family looks like or makes.
That’s why I’m offering 30% off* maternity & other pregnancy photoshoots - because a single parent deserves to remember their pregnancy, even if they budget is tight from being a single parent.
And if you’re a single parent and have a young child looking to do a Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me / Parent & Me shoots — I’ll take 30% off* for those as well.
Because when your kids grow up, you’ll want to have a few really good photos to show them.

If you come close to qualifying for any of my discounts, but make slightly above the line, or recently went off disability or protected status, or don’t have documentation, talk to me. No one deserves to be unable to afford good wedding photography. I will work something out for you.
