Where In Atlanta Should We Shoot?
This is a highly personal moment! You should pick a place that matters the most to you. If it’s important to you, no place is a bad place. If you need suggestions, Piedmont Park is a classic and has abundant parking. There’s plenty of photogenic places all around the city of Atlanta. I can help you go through ideas so you get the photos you want.
Do you photography LGBTQIA+ couples?
Absolutely. Anyone who doesn’t is a jerk and should go out of business.
What’s the best season to get Engagement Photos?
A lot of people pick Fall, but any season is good. There’s ups and downs to all of it. My personal stance is that you should do whichever season feels right to you.
Winter has plenty of sunlight, everything is crisp and without a lot of foliage, it really makes you the subject of the photo. However, it’s cold.
Spring has a lot of blossoming and blooming, which is a really good metaphor for engagement photos, but it’s also allergy season, so some people really hate being outside for this. Also, it rains a lot.
Summer is colorful and beautiful, but it’s really hot, and often you’re going to sweat through your clothes, so it’s hard to get dressed up.
Fall is a common favorite, because everything is blue and orange, the weather is tolerable in the city.
Do you travel outside Atlanta for photoshoots?
Yes! I’ll travel outside of Atlanta for all photo work. I love the city, but sometimes, it’s great to find a unique place outside the city to make a memory that’ll last the rest of your lives.
There’s a $25 travel fee per hour of travel (round trip), but I’ll go just about anywhere I can get in a day’s drive. Show me your town! There’s so much beauty in Georgia, that if you’re looking for ideas for a location for your engagement session, I can help you check out all of the beautiful places Georgia has to offer.
What if my Partner says “no” in the proposal?
It hasn’t happened yet, but I’ll slip out without a word because I don’t need to be there anymore. This is a personal moment for you - take your time and we’ll coordinate what we need to afterwards.
Can we reschedule because of weather or outbreak?
Hey, it’s wild out there right now. I understand. If your shoot needs to get rescheduled, your deposit can roll over to the new date. Just be upfront and honest with me, and I’ll make sure your experience is good. There’s enough to worry about in the world - your photographer should be reasonable.
What are the Terms of your Contract?
